Strengths

Robert Landau, Two Roads Education Strategist, is an advocate for the Gallup StrengthsFinder process. Gallup, after decades of research, have determined that we all process 34 strengths. We learn how to capitalize on our top 5.  Since discovering his strengths (talents) Robert uses them actively as he works with individuals and teams. Knowing his clients’ strengths help ensure even deeper success. A strengths-based individual or team has a better chance of fulfilling hopes, dreams, aspirations, and goals.

Strategic: People strong in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

Futuristic: People strong in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They inspire others with their visions of the future.

Relator: People who are strong in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with others to achieve a goal.

Ideation: People strong in the Ideation theme are fascinated by ideas. They are able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.

Activator: People strong in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning thoughts into action.
